On August 2, 2014 I had the privilege of visiting "Hummingbird Hideaway" created by Michael Wiens and his wife Tracey. This beautiful oasis is a haven for hummingbirds with some of their favourite flowers, fountains, trees and of course, hummingbird feeders. There is something magical about standing in a place where hummingbirds are darting about. Michael is the author of "Jewel of the North", a book about Ruby Throated Hummingbirds.
